As a “Third Party Designee,” pursuant to IRS Form SS-4, ROBINHOODTAXSERVICES.COM.COM prepares and submits applications for an Employer Identification Number (“EIN”) to the IRS on behalf of its clients. Robin Hood Tax Services LLC does not verify EIN application submissions and is not responsible for the accuracy of the information provided. Any individual may obtain and submit his or her own EIN application at no cost through the official IRS website at www.irs.gov.

Fees and Refund Policy
We provide the services for the rates listed on the Website, which are incorporated herein by reference. All amounts are due and payable in accordance with our invoices. We will do everything we can to process your application in the mentioned period of time, provided all information provided to us is accurate. If we cannot complete a process and no EIN, ITIN is assigned or company is formed due to an unfixable error, a refund 25 % (percent) of the processing fee will be provided by us. If we do complete the application and an EIN is successfully assigned (service is provided), no refunds can be issued. If you change your mind right after you order, a refund 25 % (percent) of processing fee will be provided by us.
For incomplete orders due to inaccurate information provided by the customers, the customer will be contacted via email by us to rectify the issue, and we will try one additional time to obtain your EIN. If at that point there is another error, the customer will be issued a refund 25 % (percent) of the processing fee on the next business day. SS4 Fax – Ref 101: For EIN applications resulting in a Reference 101 error from the IRS, Robin Hood Tax Services LLCmay contact you via e-mail with instructions on how we will proceed with manually filing your application with the IRS. You will receive an e-mail with a completed SS-4 form PDF on the same day that the Ref 101 error occurred, and the PDF will require your electronic signature. Then, Robin Hood Tax Services LLC will continue to process your EIN with the IRS, and you will receive the
EIN via e-mail in 7-10 business days due to the manual processing wait time for all Reference 101 errors. In the event that there is an additional error within the Ref 101 application and Robin Hood Tax Services LLC cannot process your application as a Third Party Designee, we will issue a refund of the service fee, minus a $15 of the processing fee.
Privacy
The Company Privacy Policy applies to use of this Website, and its terms are made a part of these Terms of Use by this reference. By using the Website, you acknowledge and agree that Internet transmissions are never completely private or secure. You understand that any message or information you send to the Website may be read or intercepted by others, even if there is a special notice that a particular transmission (for example, credit card information) is encrypted.
Liability
Except where prohibited by law, in no event will Robin Hood Tax Services LLC be liable to you for any indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental or punitive damages, including lost profits, even if the Company has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

You also agree that Robin Hood Tax Services LLC may, in its sole discretion and without prior notice, terminate your access to the Website, for cause, which includes (but is not limited to) (1) requests by law enforcement or other government agencies, (2) a request by you (self-initiated account deletions), (3) discontinuance or material modification of the Website or any service offered on or through the Site, or (4) unexpected technical issues or problems.
